User Support Resources

If you have a problem or question about using HyperSnap-DX or a general question on screen captures, please review the following resources:

  1. Read HyperSnap-DX Frequently Asked Questions page (FAQ) or search for answers with the above Google search box - often the answer to your question is posted there!
  2. If not find on FAQ, visit HyperSnap-DX Tech Support Message Board - you can do a text search here, probably 99% of all questions you may ask where already answered there at least once!
  3. If you can not find the answer to your question above, please post it to HyperSnap-DX Tech Support Message Board - we work hard to answer all new questions posted within the same or next day!

  1. Subscribe to the Hyperionics Newsletter. You'll then receive e-mail announcements about new releases of our software, and occasional usage tips and "bug" work-arounds. 

  2. You can refer to the Change Log for each version, including version 5.

  3. Watch HyperSnap-DX video tutorials  - Modem - Broadband - created by Haidon Carter of p2mn.com. To play the streaming videos just click the link. To download these video's first - right click a link and select 'save target as'.

  4. See additional printable documentation, tutorials, reference card etc.

When describing the bug to us, please try to describe the exact procedure you were attempting, from step one until the final "problem." Tell us if the "bug" happens every time you try the function, only sometimes, and/or only with some file types.
